Our sweet sweet friends threw us a going away party on Thursday night. I am so thankful for our wonderful family and friends who are supporting us with our journey. The party was precious. Everything was planned perfect and we had a blast!

our adventures
Well...we have some big news to share with you! We are moving to Austin, Texas at the end of the month. We are excited about a new adventure and what our future holds. As many of you know I married a man who loves all things technology and after many conversations and prayers, we have decided to take a leap of faith and move so that Andrew can pursue a job in the gaming industry. It was not an easy decision to make since we are leaving our family, our friends and my wonderful job. I feel that rarely in life people follow through with their dreams and since we don't have kids yet we kept asking ourselves why not.
Throughout our little process the lord has provided so much for us. He has given us great friends who decided they wanted to rent our house here in Birmingham, and he has blessed us with an apartment and new jobs in Austin. We leave out on the 22nd and have a week to get settled in before we start our new jobs. Change is hard and I know we have a long road in front of us. Please keep us in prayers as we journey to Austin. I know I will be homesick for my momma. I am hoping to update this blog weekly about our journey.
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:6-7
